Junior Account Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
     
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
     
  • Collaborate with design, media, and content teams to implement and execute campaigns.
     
  • Follow directions from Senior Account Managers and department heads, providing regular updates.
     
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
     
  • Monitor account performance and provide analytics reports.
     
  • Propose new strategies and enhancements to support client growth.
     
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.


 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
     
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, preferably within marketing or advertising.
     
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
     
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
     
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
