Key Responsibilities
Graphics Design
- Create compelling branding materials such as logos, brochures, digital ads, and event visuals.
- Design visually engaging layouts and creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with content creators and account managers to visualize and execute marketing campaigns.
Motion Design
- Develop animated assets including video openers, explainer videos, and dynamic social media reels.
- Enhance static designs with motion graphics tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Animate typography, transitions, product showcases, and digital storytelling formats to elevate brand presence.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, social media, and creative teams to produce campaign visuals that are impactful and platform-appropriate.
- Adapt creative content for multiple formats, including mobile, desktop, and large-screen displays for events.
- Support event production with animated backdrops, screen content, and motion-driven visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic and motion design (agency or brand-side experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong grasp of design principles, animation techniques, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with 3D animation and tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with social media trends and viral video formats.
