Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Manage daily communications, accurately capturing client goals and turning them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Oversee the execution of multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to brand standards, and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams—content, creative, and digital—to deliver cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
- Conduct final quality checks and approvals before client submission, maintaining excellence across all deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 4–5 junior account managers, assigning responsibilities and monitoring task completion.
- Track budgets, timelines, and key milestones, preparing reports on performance and progress as needed.
- Contribute to strategy development, content planning, and brand/influencer collaboration initiatives.
- Foster client relationships that lead to continued business growth and referrals.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain a strategic edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing.
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience within a fast-paced team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both client relationships and cross-functional teams.
- A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in tools such as Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and other project management platforms.
