Social Media Manager

 

Key Responsibilities


1. Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
     
  • Plan both organic and paid content in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
     

2. Team Management

  • Lead and oversee a team of content creators and content managers.
     
  • Manage daily workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and provide ongoing training and support as needed.
     

3. Community Engagement & Brand Reputation

  • Monitor social platforms to engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address queries promptly and appropriately.
     
  • Implement social listening practices to gauge sentiment and protect the brand’s online reputation.
     

4. Campaign Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
     
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations when required.
     

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
     
  • Provide detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.


 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
     
  • Deep knowledge of platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
     
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
     
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
     
  • Proficiency in analytics and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
     
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
     
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/accounts concurrently.

  • Follower and engagement growth across platforms
     
  • Consistency and quality of content calendar delivery
     
  • Average response time to audience comments and queries
     
  • Campaign performance relative to goals (reach, conversions, etc.)
     
  • Accuracy and insightfulness of monthly performance reports
     
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
